The role

As a BI Team Lead, you will be joining an international, cross-functional team who are constantly improving the way we manage our supply chain & other key operations. As part of your responsibilities, you will focus on different parts of our operational life cycle, interact with stakeholders across different continents to solve their problems by leveraging the latest technology & collaborating with a team of like-minded, driven & talented data professionals.

What youll do

• Own & manage analytics projects that allow our business stakeholders to gain valuable insights to support decision making. Guide the team in all planning efforts & resolving blockers & risks.
• Leverage your leadership skills to build partnerships with key areas of the organization & help solve their most pressing business challenges with data. Further develop the mandate of your team based on the business needs & environment.
• Foster a culture of excellence while mentoring analysts in their development of project management, stakeholder management, & technical skills.
• Deliver your results with professional communications, using the appropriate channels & formats depending on the audience of stakeholders in all levels.

What youll bring

• You have 6+ years of experience working in a data analytics function. Experience in a Supply Chain & Procurement environment is a plus.
• You have first experience leading an analytics team or parts of its members. You know what it takes to develop talent & establish high standards.
• You have worked with SQL, Python, & a BI tool to visualize data sets (we use Tableau).
• You are ambitious to solve business problems & are able to translate them into analytical initiatives (from requirements creation until insights delivery).
• You have excellent written & verbal communication & presentation skills with both business & technical stakeholders.
