Within our Marketing Tools group, the Automations team helps customers connect with their audiences through intuitive, trigger-based email workflows. Whether it's a welcome message, an abandoned cart reminder, or a seasonal promotion, we make it easy for users to reach the right person at the right timewith minimal effort.
As a Product Manager on this team, you will craft the strategy & tactical roadmap that puts the user experience first & drives towards our shared Commerce & company goals. You have an interest in Marketing, automated systems, & building products that have revenue driving ability.
This is a role based in our Dublin office. You'll report to the Director of Marketing tools, lead the Automations team & work alongside a collaborative, high-performing team.
You'll Get To
- Create & prioritize a roadmap rooted in data, informed by multiple sources & justified by return on investment
- Guide product developmentfrom conception to launchwith consideration for more than just your specific team, but also adjacent teams & the broader Marketing Tools group.
- Be a single, mutually supporting-force with your partners in design, engineering, UX research, & product analytics
- Partner with internal teams to launch new features, with customer operations to develop excellent support for merchants, & with analytics to monitor engagement & evaluate product success
- Independently shape your team's goals & vision given a strategic direction, & determine the methods & procedures to manage new assignments
- Work with other PMs & data partners (analytics, data science, marketing) to seek out answers to data questions that impact multiple teams
- Contribute to OKRs, team & product strategy, vision, & roadmap
- Influence & inform team/group strategy through passionate & well-reasoned presentation of ideas
Who We're Looking For
- 6+ years of product management experience within a Marketing industry, but not required.
- A nuanced understanding of the methods of modern product discovery, product delivery, & user segmentation
- Ability to take a vague problem, research & prepare a compelling proposal for action that will drive key outcomes.
- Experience leading cross-team research studies
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to align different teams around achieving business goals & outstanding user experiences
- A solid understanding of revenue driving products & services
