You will be responsible for leading a global team of Inside Sales Representatives & continually increase their individual & team performance through recruiting, coaching, training & systematically growing the teams capabilities to maximise achievement. Our Inside Sales Team act as junior Account Executives responding to inbound requests from small & medium business prospects & customers. Its fun to achieve goals, its absolutely amazing to lead high-performing teams that continually knock it out of the ballpark.
The ideal candidate is a person who has not just built their own very successful track record in a SaaS sales environment, but who has made the conscious choice to positively influence others careers. You know how inside sales can win in an enterprise SaaS environment & have demonstrated key wins in this context. You are a highly effective coach & leader who enjoys helping others win deals. You are an excellent judge of character, astute in managing challenging goals, coaching to process & methodology & you have a track record in making others succeed. This role has direct management responsibilities over a team of inside sales professionals & will be supported by a local player/coach Team Leader in overseas territories.
What You Will Do
- You will own a quota for your global inside sales team which is broken down by territory & individual ISR.
- With your team of ISRs, you will ensure a high close rate of inbound sales leads & deals that fall outside of our target account structure & size.
- You will manage workload within your team to maximise quota achievement.
- You will coach, train & manage your team.
- Your focus is on ensuring inside sales effectiveness through process, training & continuous improvement, understanding & improving individuals performance through the lens of process, methodology & targets.
- Create clarity for team members, help them by advising on deal structures & removing obstacles to get deals done quickly & efficiently.
- Leverage metrics & dashboards to create excitement about achieving ambitious targets.
