As a Producer, youll lead passionate, cross-disciplinary teams in creating unique content & incredible experiences for players around the world. By encouraging teams to collaborate, youll guide development, smashing through obstacles & driving products into players hands. You'll help concept, deliver & improve projects at every stage of production.

As a Senior Game Producer on an unannounced project, you will help steer & orchestrate feature development, & coordinate production best practices with our production & gameplay teams to help deliver the best possible products to our players. You will use your experience of strong project management fundamentals, & broad knowledge of the game development process to support the products holistic vision. You will report to the Operations Director of the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide the organization & delivery of teams feature work to create a clean, up-to-date work backlog
  • Encourage team meetings & open discussions
  • Support team by removing roadblocks & managing distractions
  • Direct team rituals, & evolve rituals over time
  • Diverse work planning with estimations
  • Release commitment & dependency / risk tracking
  • Track all work (planned, unplanned, emergent)
  • Drive progress update communications with leadership & team
  • Work closely with engineering, art, & design to plan, cost, & implement features & content, ensuring clear goals are outlined for milestones & realized during development
  • Be the advocate for teams products & decisions
  • Champion a player-focused mindset & be the voice of the player

Required Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience developing games as a producer
  • 4+ years of experience using Agile methodologies
  • 2+ years of experience guiding a R&D project through the different phases of development from Pre-production to Production to Live.
  • Experience scheduling & tracking development of diverse features
  • Expertise with various project management frameworks (Scrum / Agile) & real-world experience leveraging them in a collaborative team setting

Desired Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Game Producer with experience coordinating live games development & operations
  • 4+ years of experience working directly with progression, economy, or gameplay systems.
  • Experience with documentation tools like Notion or Confluence
