The Role
As Sales Operations, you'll support our International Commercial Sales team to drive operational outcomes, track & stabilise projects, remove roadblocks, & execute against priority business needs. This role requires a combination of operations, process optimisation, & execution skills.
This role requires strong organisational capabilities. You will support critical business operations & provide data-driven insights that help sales leadership make strategic decisions. You will help enable the team to be as impactful & efficient as possible. This role encompasses managing daily operational tasks, analysing metrics, & identifying opportunities to support sales leadership.
Communication is one of your greatest strengths & you excel at constructing order out of ambiguity - this will be crucial for the team. Your attention to detail & ability to synthesise complex information will be essential. You will need to capture & distribute clear, actionable tasks that serve as records of decisions & commitments, ensuring accountability across the organisation.
You will also be responsible for owning the International Commercial Salesforce entity. You will drive Commercial Sales projects forward & own operational outcomes.
