What We Need

Were looking for a results-driven Business Intelligence, Application Development & Data Engineering Leader with a proven record of accomplishments partnering with diverse business stakeholders & analytical technology platforms. You should be passionate about cloud technologies, cyber-security & compliance. You understand how to architect & leverage third party solutions to deliver secure & efficient business solutions. You are comfortable controlling, auditing & managing business systems & teams in an environment subject to SOX compliance & SOC 1 & 2 System & Organization Control Reporting. Youre pragmatic, creative & know how to get things done with an internal team or with a third party partner.


  • Own & execute security, vulnerability & compliance management process of company systems
  • Work with IT, engineering, HR, finance, legal & product teams to remediate security vulnerabilities
  • Design systems & manage compliance with GDPR & other privacy regulations
  •  Educate the company & employees on important compliance requirements
  • Conducting audits to ensure compliance & address potential issues proactively
  • Serving as the point of contact between the company & GDPR Supervisory Authorities
  • Monitoring performance & providing advice on the impact of data protection efforts
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of all data processing activities conducted by the company, including the purposes of all processing activities, which must be made public on request
  • Review, research, & manage a queue of end-user inquiries & partner with engineering, product, & operational teams to ensure seamless execution of service
  • Handle any production issues that may arise, review postmortems, & anticipate future business changes & actively adapt plans to ensure premium service
  • Responding to end user support requests, troubleshooting hardware & software issues, installing & maintaining hardware & computer peripherals, operating systems & computer software & troubleshooting networking & connection issues


  • 10+ years of professional experience & managing information technology
  • Ability to work effectively in teams of technical & non-technical individuals (product, business operations, dev ops, etc). 
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration & operational excellence
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or information technology
  • Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician
  • Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, & remote connection systems
  • Expert understanding of web security standards, architecture, web security best practices & application security best practices
  • Extensive knowledge in the implementation of End Point security concepts, prevention & monitoring controls
  • Experience with administrating authentication technologies   
  • Familiarity experience managing Anti-Malware solutions, data loss prevention, access management, & end point visibility technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good written & verbal communication skills
