What Youll Do
Our Rockerbox Commercial team drives company growth by helping prospects & customers solve their biggest marketing challenges. By leveraging a strong content program, a skilled SDR team, & a top-tier product, in addition to conducting your own prospecting, our Enterprise Sales Directors are set up for success in a greenfield market.
As a Senior Enterprise Sales Director, youre focused on closing new business for DV Rockerbox. Youll play a key role in shaping our sales processes & contributing to the growth of the team.
Youll manage a full enterprise sales process end-to-end, from qualifying customers to building stakeholder relationships across the organization to driving complex deals across the finish line. Youll work closely with our Product, Customer Success, & Professional Services teams to offer prospects meaningful context into the value that a partnership with DV Rockerbox will offer their organization.
- Conduct ongoing prospecting to ensure your pipeline is full with potential customers
- Own the sales cycle end-to-end: qualify opportunities, run product demos, negotiate terms, & close enterprise level deals.
- Apply a consultative approach to uncover customer needs & provide tailored solutions, particularly in large, complex organizations with multiple layers of stakeholders involved.
- Efficiently manage a pipeline of prospective customers, ensuring accurate sales forecasting.
- Achieve & exceed ambitious monthly quotas, demonstrating consistent performance.
- Collaborate with our Marketing, Customer Success, & Product teams to share market feedback & ensure we are working with the customers best suited for the product.
Who You Are
- You have 5+ years of experience as an account executive in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- You have significant wins under your belt selling deals upwards of $150,000 ARR to enterprise customers.
- You have experience in adtech, martech, or selling to marketers - in essence, you understand our customer & their top concern: measuring their marketing.
- You have experience navigating six to seven figure ACV sales processes with large, complex customer prospects.
- Youre entrepreneurial, proactive, & thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- You have experience working in early-stage startups & are comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Youre a top performer in your current role, with strong communication skills & a sales approach underpinned by your natural curiosity.
- You are eager to learn & explain complex concepts, such as how we pixel a site or the basics of a data warehouse implementation.
- You bring a team-first mindset & are eager to help others succeed while simultaneously driving your own results.
The successful candidates starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, & balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $89,000 to $154,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, & benefits. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, & recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
