The HelloFresh Summer Internship Program is a full-time 10 week program designed to provide real world exposure to our business. The program allows you the opportunity to meet senior leaders from across the business & learn about our brands & specific functions. You will also receive hands-on training from your assigned manager & team to assist you in having a successful summer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your course work in real life & work alongside a fast-paced team in a high growth company. 

You will

• Have the chance to make a serious impact on one of the fastest-growing technology companies in an exciting growth phase
• Familiarize yourself & build comfort with operating on a production floor to collect data, gather insights & understand production flow
• Lead projects that focus on product validation, ingredient sensory testing, & data-driven decision making in our supply chain
• Work alongside operations teams & leaders to execute improvements based on data analysis & presentation-based communication

You are

• A current junior or senior actively enrolled in a U.S. college or university & pursuing an undergraduate degree in an engineering, supply chain, culinology.
• Excited to work in an industrial environment of food manufacturing & supply chain
• Entrepreneurial & have experience coming up with creative solutions to solve problems head-on
• Intellectually curious you have an insatiable desire to understand how things work, why they work the way they do, & to consistently challenge the status quo
• Adaptable- youre a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are not afraid to dive into uncharted territory & navigate through ambiguity.
• Data Driven - you enjoy working problems that are solved with data collection & analysis
• Detail-oriented you possess strong organizational skills & consistently demonstrate a methodical approach to all your work
• Passionate about all things HelloFresh!

Youll get

• Hourly rate: $25/hour

Duration: 10 week paid internship. You must be able to commit full-time (Monday-Friday, 9am - 6pm), & have the right to work in the US for the duration of the internship.

Please note this internship is available as a full-time hybrid onsite opportunity based in our Aurora, IL distribution center.
