Bokun is seeking a Product Designer to spearhead design innovation within our organization.

What You'll Do:

• Craft exceptional, user-centric digital experiences within a software product environment.
• Collaborate on & contribute to the development of a design system that standardizes visual styles, UI patterns, & functional logic across our entire product suite.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, consistent consumer experiences by closely collaborating with software engineers and product managers.
• Lead design discussions & champion design thinking within the organization.
• Collaborate closely with a dynamic, entrepreneurial team in a fast-paced environment.
• Design for a complex B2B SaaS platform within the travel industry.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of design experience at consumer-focused brands or agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead product design projects from initial ideation through detailed execution & delivery, including navigation, UI transformations, & screen state variations.
• Experience working in agile teams & the ability to establish design processes from the ground up.
• Proficiency in translating design research, strategic market positioning, & technical requirements into a cohesive design direction, encompassing both visuals & interactions.
• Exposure to data-driven design principles & decision-making processes.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio showcasing your contributions to digital products, highlighting originality, innovation, & strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with user research & experience designing for complex SaaS platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in Figma, the tool we use at the company.
