DV Rockerbox is seeking a seasoned Senior Client Partner, Customer Success - Rockerbox to lead customer renewals & drive account growth. You will take full ownership of renewals for high revenue customers, partnering with Customer Success Managers to align on strategy, mitigate risk, & lead customer-facing negotiations at the right moment based on contract dynamics & customer context.

This is a highly visible, senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership over commercial outcomes. You will operate independently, build trust quickly with customer stakeholders, & take initiative to retain & grow key accounts. You will be directly responsible for achieving Rockerboxs retention & expansion goals, with clear revenue targets tied to your work.

What You'll Do

  • Take full ownership of renewals for Rockerboxs high revenue customers, driving all commercial strategy & execution
  • Lead customer-facing conversations around pricing, contract terms, & multi-year agreements
  • Partner with CSMs to determine the right time to initiate renewal or expansion discussions based on contract & customer needs
  • Engage directly with senior stakeholders including procurement, finance, & marketing leads to manage & close renewals
  • Identify & pursue expansion opportunities by aligning product capabilities with evolving customer goals
  • Own & deliver against renewal & expansion revenue targets
  • Deliver accurate forecasts in partnership with Revenue Operations
  • Build & improve internal processes for renewals, expansions, & commercial playbooks
  • Act as a senior voice within the CS team, operating with autonomy & influencing how we manage customer lifecycle strategy

Who You Are

  • 5 to 8+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven track record of owning revenue-generating renewals & driving measurable retention & growth outcomes with high revenue customers
  • Deep experience negotiating pricing, contract structure, & multi-year agreements
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently & drive results without structured oversight
  • Ability to build trust quickly & jump into relationships mid-lifecycle
  • Strong communicator with a consultative, solution-oriented mindset
  • Process-driven with an eagerness to build & refine renewal & upsell workflows
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment with high accountability
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools for forecasting & pipeline management

The successful candidates starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, & balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $103,000 to $177,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, & benefits. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, & recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
