As a Marketing Science Analyst, your curiosity never ends. The next question is always on your mind, helping you to understand how marketing science fits in the big picture of a project. You bring in 1 to 3 years of experience, owning marketing science deliverables across a broad range of initiatives, & focusing on at least two of the following areas: tracking & measurement, implementation, reporting, data visualization, testing & evaluation, data integration, or statistical modeling. You understand the nature & purpose of the main Digital marketing channels, enjoy collaborating with others, & are able to communicate clearly & effectively.


You will:

  • Analyze complex data to find patterns, solve problems, & identify opportunities.
  • Turn data into actionable insights through storytelling & data visualization.
  • Design, build & automate analyses, reports, dashboards, & other deliverables.
  • Gather marketing data across paid & owned channels to analyze campaign performances, understand user behaviors, & report findings.
  • Assist in the ideation, development, & execution of measurement frameworks.
  • Determine & implement methods to improve analytics processes.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines & partner agencies to deliver comprehensive solutions to both internal & client requests.
  • Occasionally support senior colleagues with analytics material for new business pitches & request for proposals.

You have:

  • Advanced English level (B2+/C1)
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in the role or similar. 
  • Top-notch communication & collaboration skills.
  • Experience with at least one website analytics platform (e.g.: Google or Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience with at least one digital media platform (e.g.: Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, Search Ads 360, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of digital media channels (e.g.: Social, SEM, SEO, OLV, etc.) including how each one works & how they interact with one another.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models & techniques (e.g.: MMM, MTA, etc.)
  • Experience with at least one data visualization platform (e.g.: Tableau, Datorama etc.).
  • Experience working with statistical analysis techniques & quantitative methods.
  • Familiarity with statistical programming languages, like Python or R. 
  • Familiarity with the function of APIs & API data calls
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects at the same time, proactively communicating needs, roadblocks, & statuses to the necessary people.
  • A drive to keep learning & offer your team support to grow & learn.
