About the Role
The Senior Director of Revenue Enablement is responsible for driving the effectiveness of all go-to-market (GTM) teams-including Sales, Customer Success, & Partnerships-by equipping them with the training, content, & tools needed to achieve revenue goals. This senior leader sets the vision & strategy for onboarding, everboarding, & coaching programs that reinforce consistent adoption of sales methodologies, messaging, & processes.
Partnering closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing, & Product, the Senior Director ensures that enablement initiatives are aligned to business priorities & evolving buyer needs. They oversee the creation & management of enablement content, platforms, & certification programs to maximize seller productivity, improve customer engagement, & drive business outcomes.
