As a Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator, you will drive excellent candidate & new hire experience from first Superhuman point of contact to the first day on the team.
ROLE
- Shepherd Superhuman candidates through our recruitment & onboarding process while creating a delightful & extraordinary experience.
- Leverage Greenhouse (our ATS) & Prelude (our scheduling tool) to coordinate interviews with candidates & our internal team members.
- Leverage Rippling (our HRIS) to create a seamless onboarding experience from offer signing through the new hiress first 30 days with the team.
- Be the voice of our candidates & new hires, & evangelize internally for what they need.
- Continually iterate & improve the candidate & new hire experience.

- Experience: 2+ years as a Recruiting Coordinator, People Ops/HR Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Exec/Admin Assistant in a startup environment.

SALARY INFO
The Recruiting & Onboarding role may span a range of experience & expertise. Through our interview process, we will review your background, local market data, & use a mix of technical & qualitative assessments to determine where you fall in our range.
We will talk about compensation in our first conversation & be transparent throughout the process about which level we think is the best match for you in our organization.
We take a locally informed approach to compensation. We will be able to share the precise range based on your location on our first call.
Our salary ranges for this role are:
- New York City Metro/San Francisco Bay Area: $86,000 - $93,500
- Cities like Boston, Seattle, Los Angeles: $77,000 - $84,000
- Cities like Denver, Chicago, Austin: $73,000 - $79,000
- Other smaller US cities: $68,000 - $74,000
The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, & company stock options. If you are not located in the United States, compensation is also based on local data & is in local currency, & we will discuss compensation on our first call together.
