As an Advertising Sales Manager in our Bangalore office, Youll spearhead new business development efforts, drive high-impact performance marketing deals, & help expand Taboolas advertiser base across key verticals in the region. This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of digital media sales, build strategic partnerships, & directly contribute to the growth of Taboola as the leading content discovery & performance marketing platform in the region.
To thrive in this role, youll need:
- 57 years of experience in advertiser sales, preferably within a digital media or ad tech company
- Deep understanding of the digital technology & revenue ecosystem
- Proven success in structuring & negotiating digital media deals, ideally within the Indian market
- A passion for online content & the ability to drive strategic partnerships
- Strong communication & presentation skills, with experience building & maintaining senior-level client relationships
- Excellent analytical skills to identify trends & inform sales strategies
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment & consistently meet or exceed revenue goals
- Proficiency in a local language (e.g., Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) is a strong plus for building deeper client relationships & navigating regional markets.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience selling multiple advertising solutions & managing full sales cycles
- Familiarity with content marketing, native advertising, or performance-based digital ad solutions
- A strong network of relevant stakeholders in the Indian digital advertising ecosystem

- Building, managing, & converting a robust pipeline of leads into signed partnerships
- Effectively explaining Taboolas product suite & how it fits into a clients digital strategy
- Selling across multiple products while maintaining a cohesive & strategic message
- Working closely with the National Sales Director & broader sales team to meet & exceed targets
- Collaborating with Account Management to ensure seamless campaign implementation & performance
- Providing field feedback to product teams to inform future development
- Leading presentations, conducting negotiations, & closing contracts independently
