Project Flair is an innovative new concept for the hair salon industry that will create an exclusive, membership-only co-working space dedicated to serving the fast-growing freelance professional hair stylist community. We are looking for a CEO who can launch the brand to market & scale the community & the business. Flair has received pre-seed funding from Founders Factory, & it is embarking on its next stage of development.
Founded by Daniel & Luke Hersheson, who have over 70 years of combined experience within the industry. The Hershesons are renowned as pioneers in British hairdressing. They are responsible for consistently evolving their industry through innovative spaces & product propositions, as evidenced with their Hershesons branded flagship salons & products. Luke Hersheson is a best selling author with Great Hair Days published in 2018 & a roster of celebrity clients including Victoria Beckham & Kiera Knightly .The Hershesons are highly regarded by the U.K beauty press & have won numerous awards.

As Chief Executive Officer you will be responsible for executing the successful build & launch of Project Flair.
Building a world-class team & driving the day-to-day operations
Establishing an aspirational, premium brand & thriving team culture for Project Flair which is scalable for multi-site rollout
Help with the seed round capital raise & subsequent fundraises to drive the continued growth of the business together with the founders
Finding & negotiating appropriate leases for the first & subsequent sites & ultimately holding responsibility to drive profitability for the sites
Overseeing & core site optimization business metrics to ensure the ultimate success of the company
As our CEO you possess the following skills & competencies:
Having the mindset & ability to take a concept from inception to launch
Experience in a leadership capacity to inspire, build & motivate a new team
Strong communication skills - you'll be helping with the seed round capital raise, sharing the results of analyses, & discussing technical problems, with a variety of technical & non-technical audiences
Strong negotiation skills - you will be responsible for striking real estate deals with landlords & relationships with new business partners
Constantly experimenting with new technologies & tools to drive innovation & creativity
Ideal candidates would have experience working in the real estate or hospitality sectors & involved with multi-site brand roll-out.
