About the role

The Lead, Claims Production is responsible for managing the success of multiple Claims Production teams by driving performance, effectiveness, & operational improvements to daily workflows & strategies.

You will report to the Manager, Claims Production.

Work Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Arizona; Florida; Georgia; or Texas. While your daily work will be completed from your home office, occasional travel may be required for team meetings & company events. #LI-Remote

Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role is $51,120 - $67,095 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscars unlimited vacation program, & annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

Guide your teams metrics, including member & provider satisfaction, quality of care (daily benchmark production) & employee satisfaction
Coach direct reports through a culture of feedback & development to provide the best member/provider experience & care possible.
Serve as a central communicator -- leading team huddles, promoting vision, strategy, company values, & providing feedback to team members & other company associates.
Manage the daily needs of your team, including hiring, training, inventory levels, & scheduling to ensure an efficient operation
Compliance with all applicable laws & regulations
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

3+ years of experience leading & supporting a Claims Production team
2+ years reading & using claims data to identify trends; including inventory management
Demonstrated capacity to balance competing priorities & continue to execute projects with excellence

Bonus Points

Prior healthcare or service experience
Bachelor's Degree
Proficiency navigating Excel, JIRA, & SQL
