You are outcome-oriented, & pursue solutions in a thoughtful, iterative, & empathetic way. You have a keen eye for detail & critical thinking, a focus on accuracy, & excellent customer service skills. You are someone who is motivated by helping employees through onboarding, educating new hires about our benefits, managing vendors to ensure the services they provide are high quality, & consistently improving processes that remove friction & enhance the employee experience.
