The Developer Infrastructure team at Dropbox builds & maintains the foundational systems that enable our engineers to deliver innovative features & services to millions of users worldwide. You will be at the heart of architecting & advancing the critical tools & infrastructure that accelerate engineering excellence across the company.

Were looking for a Software Engineer focused on Developer Productivity to lead efforts at the intersection of AI & engineering infrastructure. In this role, youll design & build AI-powered tools that improve how engineers write, test, & ship code. Youll focus on reducing friction, eliminating repetitive work, & improving code quality, ultimately enabling teams to move faster & deliver more reliably. Youll work closely with engineers across the company to identify pain points, validate solutions, & drive adoption. Your work will directly impact our ability to respond to customer needs, scale systems effectively, & innovate quickly. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility, ideal for someone who enjoys building foundational systems, experimenting with new technologies, & helping engineers do their best work.
