As a Sr. Software Engineer on our Application Solutions team, you'll be providing technical direction & guidance for our projects & acts as a primary technical contact across Medallia & with clients. You'll ensure that business requirements are fully & accurately captured, translates those into a solution that will ensure the best long-term health for the client's Medallia engagement, & leads the implementation & delivery to success.
