About the Role
As a Sales Manager 2 within our New Business department, you will lead a team of high-performing Account Executives (AEs) focused on driving new customer acquisition. You'll be responsible for hitting monthly team targets, developing individual contributors through hands-on coaching, & fostering a culture of performance, integrity, learning, & winning.
This role is critical to the success of our growing sales org & offers the opportunity to shape both people & process at a high-impact level.
