Technical Relationship Associate (Music Platform Team)

Pelotons Music Platform team is excited to add a new Technical Relationship Associate to our roster. Any new addition to our team should be passionate about our three business pillars: Music, Fitness, & Technology.

This is a hybrid role that combines customer success, customer service, & technical support. The ideal Technical Relationship Associate has a general understanding of these concepts & will be able to apply them in a way that fits their role as a liaison between our Music & Content teams. Interpersonal communication & writing skills are paramount to this position.

An ideal candidate would have a laser sharp attention to detail, & implement critical thinking to deliver top notch results. This is a hands-on role that will require a self-starter who can research problems & find creative solutions while working with a close-knit team. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish upcoming & maintain current end-user relationships with the UK & DE Production, Content, & Instructor teams
  • Directly work under the Relationship Manager to maintain & update Music Platform-related process documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, & Knowledge Base articles
  • Gather & maintain a record of feedback from Music Platform end users
  • Assist with software set-up & demonstrations for end users
  • Assist in the technical support of software for end users
  • Partner with the Product/Engineering teams in order to manage & improve our digital Music Platforms
  • Be prepared to adapt to any necessary tasks & keep up with this fast-paced team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College Level Education (BA or BS)
  • Based in London (or will be in the near future)
  • Fluency in German is a plus
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Familiarity with customer success, customer service, & technical support
  • IT support experience preferred but not required 
  • Great interpersonal communication skills; comfortable bringing your point of view into a discussion
  • An enthusiastic individual that is open-minded, adaptable, & organised
  • Self-starter with the ability to adjust to a fast-paced work environment
