FabFitFun is searching for a Graphic Designer to join our in-house Creative team! Reporting into our Creative Director, this person will be skilled at creating within established design systems & innovating new creative solutions that support our overarching brand system. Ideal candidates think strategically & creatively while having the ability to effectively manage time & deadlines. 

Location: FabFitFun is based in the Greater Los Angeles area in West Hollywood, CA. This role will be expected to work in a hybrid environment & be onsite 3 days a week. This position is not eligible for remote. 

What Youll Do:

• Own small to medium projects across all mediums with limited oversight & direction
• Create designs within established design systems & innovate new creative solutions that support an overarching brand system
• Work independently on routine assignments & action on feedback, while staying organized & shifting priorities when necessary
• Collaborate daily with CFTs to translate business needs into digital content that is visually appealing & compelling 
• Pitch & execute innovative ideas to take FFFs brand presence to the next level
• Serve as a leader on the creative team by training new hires & reviewing jobs for other designers or freelancers & offering feedback when necessary
• Provide stand-in & support for the Creative Director when necessary

What Youll Bring:

• 4+ years of graphic design & art direction experience across both digital & print mediums
• Experience creating effective marketing emails, digital ads, & style guides
• Experienced with basic print production & press checks
• Online portfolio that demonstrates technical graphic design ability & creative thinking
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Organized & effectively manages time & deadlines 
• Understanding of typography, color theory & layout systems
• Thrives in a fast-paced, fluid environment while adept at managing multiple projects & deadlines
• Excellent communication & presentation skills

The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100K.  The compensation package will also include an initial equity grant, in addition to a range of generous medical, dental, vision & other perks & benefits.Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of job-related factors such as skill set, geographic location, market demands, experience, & education / certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications.
