The Role 

The Revenue Enablement Program Manager, Sales Onboarding is responsible for designing, implementing & evaluating a world-class role-specific onboarding program to attract top talent & decrease ramp time. The Program Manager should have a passion for Sales as a discipline & for enabling internal teams. The Program Manager will partner with our Revenue Onboarding Manager & Segment Enablement Managers to align programs to our strategic maturity model. They will be responsible for needs analysis, content development, knowledge sharing & training delivery, communication, optimization & assessing the outcomes.
