About the job
This position is needed to help businesses across the world connect with their customers. Youll become (or already are) an expert in messaging best practices, & be willing & able to import that knowledge to internal & external partners. As a steward of carrier trust, youll be responsible for vetting messaging campaigns with the support of a group of industry veterans on a high-growth, fast moving team.
Responsibilities
In this role, youll:
- Manage a work queue with other team members, ensuring timely & accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Identify compliance issues with submitted campaigns, & generate feedback for the campaign to help run successfully.
- Collaborate with our Spam/Fraud team on ensuring deliverability for some of the biggest brands using text messaging.
- Build the reputation as a trusted source for carrier compliance.

Required:
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Competency with productivity software, ie Google Suite.
- Demonstrable history of strong ethical values.
- English & Spanish fluency (written/spoken).
Desired:
- Previous work in a compliance or fraud capacity
- Prior experience working at a messaging provider, aggregator, SaaS/CPaaS in a messaging capacity
Location
This role will be remote, & based in Colombia.
