Job Description

As the Senior Warehouse & Supply Chain Supervisor you will lead the charge in managing daily inventory operations & stock control. From overseeing goods-in & digital inventory records to ensuring safety standards & critical control point (CCP1) checks, youll keep everything running smoothly & accurately.

Youll work closely with production, procurement, & management teams to maintain seamless stock flow, operational efficiency, & compliance. This role also takes responsibility for staff timesheets, regular safety inspections, & reporting on operational performance - playing a key part in the success of our warehouse & supply chain operations.

This role is based in Karawatha & reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

You will

• Oversee quality assurance inspections of all incoming materials, ensuring products meet required standards.
• Manage daily cycle counts, weekly digital stocktakes, & investigate stock discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Process purchase orders, delivery dockets, Chep accounts, & reconcile supplier accounts.
• Coordinate with procurement & packaging teams to manage meal SKU rotation, stock availability, & report on holdings & shorts.
• Ensure accurate receival, labeling, & inventory management of all products through internal systems.
• Lead, train, & support warehouse & supply chain staff to maintain high operational & safety standards.
• Oversee Critical Control Point (CCP1) checks, area inspections, safety conversations, & toolbox talks to uphold compliance.
• Manage documentation & accurate processing of all wastage & destruction of branded packaging

You have:

• Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing within a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, & investigation skills.
• Knowledge of logistics, warehouse management, or manufacturing software & inventory control systems.
• Safety training or certifications (e.g. Occupational Health & Safety) or a strong focus on hazard & incident management.
• Experience leading a team or coordinating across departments to meet operational goals.

Duration: Permanent full time role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia/New Zealand.
