About the Role

iCapital is seeking a Vice President, Global Proposal Manager to run the end-to-end proposal process for opportunities in the US, Canada, EMEA, APAC, & other global locations directly supporting iCapitals growth. This role will lead the management & centralization of the companys RFP & proposal process & will oversee the submission of all proposals globally, ensuring timely & accurate submissions, coordination internally, & high standards of written content. This individual will develop & build a global response team that will work cross-functionally with Business Development, Legal, Compliance, Finance, InfoSec, Product, & other subject matter experts. The ideal candidate has extensive proposal experience in the financial services industry with an excellent understanding of, & ability to apply proposal management best practices globally.

Responsibilities

• Build & manage a global team that will oversee the companys responses to RFPs & proposals from start to submission, including the development of project plans & strategies & the drafting of content ensuring all content meets quality standards & deadlines are met.
• Drive a scalable & repeatable RFP process including knowledge database management, message writing, data collection, content synthesis, timeline management, approvals process, & reporting.
• Collaborate closely with business development, legal, finance, product, & other subject matter experts, to gather information, develop solution strategies, & craft compelling responses tailored to the needs of clients.
• Oversee the review & updating of standard materials & best practices.
• Utilize Responsive/RFPIO platform to manage & organize proposal content effectively.
• Conduct RFP win/loss analysis, gather client feedback, & identify & report on areas to improve client targeting efforts & win rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in related discipline, 10+ years of directly related experience managing & writing winning competitive proposals in a defined proposal role
• Experience developing & building a high performing proposal team
• Fluency with RFP software, preferably Responsive/RFPio
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex RFP responses from inception to submission, resulting in wins & revenue growth
• Excellent Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
• Strong written & verbal communication skills & able to articulate complex ideas & solutions in a clear & compelling manner
• Excellent project management skills & able to coordinate cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail & able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $180,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, & an annual performance bonus.
