About The Team:
We are starting our HR transformation at HelloFresh in the UK & are going to implement a new operating model. We are looking for a Senior Strategic HR Business Partner who is a stand alone senior HR leader who will be responsible for developing & implementing people strategy, advising their customers on key people issues & brokering Centre of Excellence services as needed. Additionally, they will support people's projects at the business unit or organisation level. This role is a leadership role supporting the senior leaders & their teams directly as strategic partner, trusted advisor & change agent.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Understand your Function(s) strategy & provide HR Business Partner support & actions accordingly
- Provide comprehensive People / HR guidance at function level in alignment with business goals including policy / process / compliance implementation & simplification, employee experience, talent management, OD & change management
- Plan & lead key HRBP initiatives such as pay reviews, performance management, succession planning & L&D & OD interventions
- Work collaboratively with the the leadership team as a trusted coach & advisor on different people topics & solve problems/ offer solutions for the success of the business
- Proactively use data to address or generate valuable insights & solutions
- As a HR Business Partner, you will serve as point of escalation & solution for the business leaders as well as internal team members through complex situations
- Serve as a strong cross functional partner to other People function teams to jointly identify & create solutions
Who You Are:
- Minimum 8 years relevant HR experience & ideally 2-3 years within a BP role within a Commercial environment
- Extensive track record of co-creating & implementing People programs & initiatives at SLT (senior leadership team) level
- Expert communicator with high emotional intelligence & strong influencing skills
- Strong organisation & prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple demanding stakeholders
- Agile thinker who is able to lead in a fast-paced / rapidly-changing environment
- Analytical thinker who is able to offer multiple data-driven solutions for complex problems
- CIPD, Bachelors or Masters degree, relevant field of study is a plus
- Experience of implementing large scale change programmes

Location: The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London / DC Site(s)
Work Schedule: 9am-6pm Monday-Friday with at least 2 days in the office needed & the rest working from home. You will also be required to travel to one of our other sites (Nuneaton, Banbury, Derby) once a month
