As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will manage new & existing key partners for our programmatic advertising platform. The ideal candidate will operate at a strategic level & help uncover new revenue opportunities. This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for achieving ambitious revenue goals. We are looking for someone who can make a huge impact in the growth of Ideal!
 
Responsibilities:
   Lead the launch process for new partners including opportunity recognition, sales enablement & details negotiation with the end goal of getting the partner to independently promote Ideal 
   Manage the growth & monetization of existing AdTech partners through scalable programs & continuous communication.
   Work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product, sales, & customer success to troubleshoot problems & find solutions

Qualifications:
   Tech company experience preferred & knowledge in the AdTech industry (DSP/SSP/AdX) is a plus
   Technologically savvy & familiarity with API integrations is preferred
   Solid understanding of partnerships & exceptional communication skills in addressing partner needs
   Revenue-driven & track record of high performance in prior roles
   Resourceful, creative, & able to find innovative ways to achieve results
   Independent thinker with the ability to see ideas in unconventional ways

Requirements:
   BS or BA, MBA a plus
   2-3 years of proven success in a technical client facing role or experience in the AdTech industry
   Outstanding verbal & written communication skills
   Fluent in Chinese Mandarin
   Onsite in our Sunnyvale office for 3 days/week
