We are looking to add a B2B Content Marketing Manager to our Acuity Scheduling marketing team. Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace company, allows users to schedule appointments directly on their website in a seamless way, taking away the administrative burden of their business so users can focus on what they love. 

As a Content Marketing Marketer, you will develop & execute content strategies that elevate Acuity Scheduling's brand presence, engage our target audience, & drive customer acquisition. As the Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating compelling, creative, high-quality content that resonates with our audience across various channels, including the website, blog, social media, email campaigns, & more.

You will report to the Head of Marketing for Acuity & have the option of working remote (within the U.S.) or on-site (hybrid) at our NYC headquarters.

You'll Get To

  • Develop & execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Acuity Scheduling's business objectives & target audience.
  • Own Acuitys tone of voice & content style guide, ensuring content is creative, engaging & is consistent across channels 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key content themes, topics, & formats that resonate with our audience.
  • Produce inspirational & informative content, including blog posts, case studies, webinars, landing pages, emails, social posts, & more. 
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure all content is optimized for SEO & follow best practices 
  • Manage Acuity Scheduling's social media presence by creating shareable & engaging content for each channel
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, customer support & product design to gather insights & create content that addresses customer needs
  • Work closely with the CRM team to optimize email workflows
  • Analyze content performance using relevant metrics & tools to refine strategies & improve engagement

Who We're Looking For

  • 6+ years experience as a Content Marketer or in a similar role, with experience driving strategies that contribute to customer acquisition & revenue growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong portfolio of successful content campaigns for SaaS businesses
  • Exceptional writing & editing skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically about content development
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices & content optimization techniques
  • Experience with social media management & email marketing tools
  • Strong analytical skills & the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience uploading & managing content in CMS platforms such as Squarespace or others

Cash Compensation Range: $115,500 - $203,550 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, & location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
