THE ROLE: Assistant Boutique Producer

We are looking for a detail-oriented problem solver, with a member first mentality that will help drive revenue & extend our world class brands & franchises in the e-commerce space. The Assistant Boutique Producer is responsible for the day-to-day execution of all member facing content, product set-up, & visual merchandising for Rue La La & Gilt websites. 

This role will collaborate with virtually every function in RGG to bring sales boutiques to market. Successful candidates are curious & passionate & always looking for ways to spark delight in our members, whether it be through process enhancements, fresh ideas, or innovation.

What Youll Do: 

• Actively track production facets of customer facing digital content on Rue La La & Gilt websites including product details, descriptions, titles & images, & ensure SKUs are categorized accurately 
• Collaborate across Merchandising, Creative, Planning, Programming, CS, & Technology teams to build & launch high quality online experiences & ensure site issues resolved
• Set up new site pages/sections & campaign landing pages using content management tools
• Facilitate style updates with internal Production teams (Features, Imaging)
• Communicate with Merchant team on sample & vendor asset timelines for most accurate boutique inventory
• Optimize site product recommendations & sorting to ensure best possible consumer experience & drive conversion
• Action daily reporting on issue styles
• Raise concerns, issues, & recommendations within a timely manner on all boutiques
• QA boutiques pre-launch to ensure accuracy on website

• Passionate about Merchandising, e-commerce, & all things fashion!
• 0-2 years experience: internships & co-ops are welcome
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel); comfortable with tools in an online environment
• An effective communicator & loves to collaborate with others
• Someone who loves a challenge & wont back down 
• Looking to be mentored by senior associates

Base Salary: $48,000 - $50,000

Our goal is to support, reward & compensate the entire individual. Depending on role eligibility, your offer may also include bonus/commission, stock options, 401(k) participation & match, paid time off, medical, dental, vision & basic life insurance. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated.
