This role will report to the Product Design Director, AI & work horizontally across the product design team on initiatives that involve generative AI. Its an exhilarating chance to become a part of a highly skilled & enthusiastic team, collaborating on groundbreaking technology ventures within the realms of AI, machine learning, & language models.We need a pragmatic, detailed-minded designer with a strong desire to create amazing products! Someone who has a strong visual point of view & loves working quickly to generate many different ideas.

What youll do:

• Under guidance, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, & high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts & solutions to stakeholders.
• You will employ visual systems to ensure that your designs are in harmony with the broader product ecosystem.
• Lead the entire design process for multiple concurrent projects, from inception to launch, as the sole designer for this team, ensuring all products meet the highest quality standards.
• Work with the AI product team head to craft an engaging product vision for the business unit & establish effective design principles & connections with stakeholders.
• Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, encompassing product management & engineering, to gain insights into both business & user requirements & transform them into product designs.

Skills & knowledge you should possess:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in product design.
• Outstanding abilities in interaction design, visual design, & product thinking, supported by a robust portfolio featuring web & mobile designs.
• Demonstrated expertise in Figma, robust prototyping abilities coupled with a track record of conducting user research & usability testing to collect feedback & insights that guide design choices.
• Capable of making thoughtful trade-offs & swiftly implementing designs without sacrificing quality.
• Strong communication & presentation skills to convey design decisions effectively & collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product & Software Engineers, as the sole designer.

Bonus points (nice skills to have, but not needed):

• Basic understanding of machine learning, AI, & language models.
