Job Description

The WHS Manager HelloFresh & BeCool provides expert support & advice throughout the organisation on  Work Health, Safety, Injury Management & Workers Compensation. Ensuring a  safe work environment for all team members & is responsible for delivering both local & global strategic initiatives.

You will

• Provide specialist WHS guidance to leaders  & team members from across the organisation & HelloFresh Group brands
• Develop, implement, & monitor safety management programs & develop policies & procedures to ensure local WHS regulations are adhered to
• Support line management to ensure that relevant HF WHS policies, standards & guidelines are followed.
• Coordinate internal & external audits of WHS management systems & ensure that WHS compliance obligations & hazard management is undertaken accordingly. 
• Oversee WHS incident investigation process to ensure root cause is identified & effective corrective / preventative actions have been put in place.  Ensure all investigations meet internal & regulatory timeframes.
• Responsible for the development & communication of WHS reporting across the region
• Responsible for building & maintaining strong working relationships with external providers & insurers
• Lead, grow, develop & mentor the WHS Team

You have/are

• An educational background is OH&S / WHS as well as specific industry experience
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience within a similar role 
• Developed influencing, relationship building & management skills with internal & external stakeholders
• Proven experience in engaging & influencing to build collaborative solutions
• Experience working in a high staff volume site(s) with a risk profile consisting mainly of manual handling & repetitive tasks in a manufacturing / warehousing environment
• Proficient in G-Suite Software
• Ability to drive a culture of health & safety, & compliance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment & adapt to changing priorities.

Location: Pemulwuy, Sydney - Parking available. New DC in Aug based at Eastern Creek.
