As a Senior Recruiter on our Global Strategic Hiring team, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of HelloFresh by identifying & recruiting exceptional leaders for a diverse range of positions across our tech, commercial, & operations domains.

Youll be exposed to a lean & fast-paced environment surrounded by smart, passionate people, & working hand-in-hand with a highly engaged leadership team. Acting as a true talent advisor, your focus will be on partnering closely with HelloFresh executives to develop a strategic & proactive approach to leadership hiring.

This role is based in Berlin & reports to the Director, Global Strategic Hiring & Talent Success

You will 

• Take full ownership of executing executive-level (Director, Senior Director, Vice President, SVP, & C-Level) searches globally, from talent mapping, candidate identification, outreach to closing.
• Focus on roles across all areas of the business, including Tech, Commercial, & Operations
• Work closely with HelloFresh senior leadership to deeply understand their talent needs & to create unique robust search strategies to identify & attract the best & brightest talent
• Position yourself as a strategic talent advisor by providing guidance, data, industry perspective, & strong business judgment to influence hiring manager decision-making
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with HelloFresh's values, & business objectives
• Deliver & negotiate complex offers while skillfully championing the companys vision & objectives 
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruiting processes, & look around corners to deliver unique approaches to hiring & retaining talent
• Lead strategic efforts related to long-term succession planning & internal talent mapping in partnership with senior leadership & HRBPs 
• Drive the expansion of our talent intelligence knowledge base by providing valuable market insights on industry trends & competitor landscapes
• Strengthen our employer brand & ensure we provide an exceptional end-to-end candidate & hiring manager experience
• Champion diversity, equity, & inclusion through every aspect of the hiring journey
• Collaborate and/or take the lead on strategic initiatives across the broader HelloFresh Talent Acquisition team

• You are well-versed in all aspects of executive search including creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation, stakeholder management, & complex offer negotiation
• You are comfortable managing key stakeholders up to Founder/C-Level, & show up as an egoless advisor
• You are results-oriented & are comfortable working in a matrix environment with conflicting priorities & dotted lines.
• You are able to adapt to frequently changing business needs & priorities, while still maintaining a high level of attention to detail & quality in your work
• You enjoy fact-finding, in-depth research, & diving into hiring metrics & always resort to fact-based & data-driven approaches to influence others
• You possess a proactive & results-driven mindset, thriving in a fast-paced & dynamic environment where decisions are made with urgency.
