The Associate Customer Success Engineer at Acquia serves as a trusted advisor during the implementation of Acquias technical solutions. We are looking for a customer centric, organized & determined individual who is interested in listening to customer challenges, diagnosing & solving problems. In this role, you will advise Acquia customers on how to utilize our solutions & partner with our AM & CSM teams to ensure overall customer success & retention of our customers.

Responsibilities :

  • Learn & become an Acquia Cloud Platform expert who customers can look to for advice & expertise
  • Engage with the product team to drive customer requests & influence our roadmap
  • Work alongside Account & Customer Success Managers as the technical resource responsible for helping customers enable Acquia tools
  • Work directly with customers & partners to resolve issues, develop & maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Lead or participate in customer facing meetings, responsible for customer satisfaction follow up & internal documentation
  • Be a team player & coach other team members
  • Be a true proponent of customer advocacy

Requirements :

  • B.S. in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 1-3 years working experience in a customer facing role, technical experience nice to have
  • Passion for the web & open-source development
  • Willingness to learn & be a trusted resource
  • Commitment to customer service & providing the best experience possible for our customers
  • Aptitude for understanding customer use case & challenges & mapping those to Acquia solutions 
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to Present to C Level Executives
  • Experience at a SaaS company, with Drupal or with cloud architectures
  • Excellent organization skills & ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
