The role

As a Staff Product Manager in our Engagement Alliance, you will be responsible for improving our customers ordering experience across our iOS, Android & Web products, helping them make the most of their Hellofresh subscription to meet their individual needs. Youll do that by developing a deep, data-driven understanding of our customers problems & motivations & creating personalised, easy-to-use, engaging digital experiences. Youll influence some of the most visited pages on our digital products, such as the home page, with millions of weekly visits from customers around the globe planning their upcoming Hellofresh boxes. Through that, your job is to improve engagement with our digital experience & long-term retention for our biggest brands.

You will be an individual contributor who will define the long-term vision, set data-driven roadmaps to get there & own the technical delivery of new features. In this strategic role, youll collaborate closely with your cross-functional team, commercial stakeholders & senior leadership to drive the right investments in the next few years.

What youll do

• Articulate a long-term vision for customer ordering journeys to drive retention & loyalty.
• Define, plan, & deliver user-centric strategies that have the potential to generate measurable impact for our business.
• Own a multi-year roadmap to deliver against your strategies & vision.
• Lead & collaborate with a cross-functional team of Engineers, Product Designers, Researchers, Product Analysts, & senior business stakeholders.
• Relentlessly prioritise your roadmap to deliver results, balancing the short & long-term needs of customers & business.
• Set up processes to work with an agile team & drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior colleagues & help raise the bar for the product management craft at Hellofresh.
• Be part of the Engagement alliance leadership team & shape our company's overall product & strategic direction.

What youll bring

• Consumer-facing product experience: Proven track record of delivering high-impact products & features across iOS/Android/Web platforms from concept to launch, focused on increasing customer engagement & retention. You are experienced in iterating fast & adopting a rapid experimentation approach.
• Data-driven: A strong data sense for interpreting trends & translating them into insights for data-driven decision-making. Data first approach, always.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical & strategic thinking abilities, translating market dynamics, customer needs, & competitive positioning into actionable product plans.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation & inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.
• Leadership & Team Management: experience in leading & developing high-performing product teams is a plus, but not mandatory.
