About the Role

We are hiring a Staff Product Manager to join HelloFreshs Global AI team, with a focus on advertising technology. Our mission is to optimize our marketing spend by tailoring our campaigns to the individual preferences & behaviors of our prospects. You'll be working with multiple cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers & data scientists to build innovative data products in an agile, collaborative environment.

What Youll Do

• Develop & implement vision & strategy for global ad tech & ML/AI data products
• Research & document new opportunities & capabilities, build POCs & conduct MVP experiments
• Collaborate with product & marketing teams to establish & drive an automation & optimization roadmap,
  working towards fully automated ad steering with ML/AI
• Define clear OKRs & KPIs with your teams & track progress against them regularly
• Stay informed about industry trends to innovate & meet company needs
• Mentor & collaborate with other product managers in the company
• Influence the overall direction of the companys ad tech strategy
  
  

What Youll Bring

• Extensive hands-on product management experience in teams with engineers & data scientists
• Proven track record shipping end-to-end data & machine learning products, ideally for advertising use cases
• Ability to effectively collaborate with peers in science, engineering, & commercial roles to discover & deliver valuable solutions
• Familiarity with different machine learning models & paradigms, including Generative AI
• A fail-fast-and-learn mentality & experience in building POCs & MVPs, linked to generating business value
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization & influencing cross-functional teams to achieve goals
