The Omada Marketing team is focused on creating awareness & engaging people for lasting, healthy change. We are looking for a creative, growth-minded marketing professional to join our Growth Marketing team to drive member acquisition by leading the content strategy & development of prospect marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, digital, & client-led channels.

Reporting to the Director, Growth Marketing, the Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, strategizing, developing & optimizing marketing communications designed to acquire new members. In addition, the Growth Marketing Manager will identify & test new opportunities outside of our current channels to expand our reach. 

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience with direct marketing to consumers; healthcare or regulated industry is preferred
  • Direct marketing experience must include developing email, direct mail & digital campaigns to drive acquisition
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation & personalization
  • Comfortable & competent in evaluating creative assets, including email designs, imagery, & copywriting, to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, & campaign objectives
  • Proven ability to provide clear & constructive feedback to creative agencies/vendors, guiding them to deliver high-quality, impactful email creatives that resonate with the target audience & drive enrollments
  • Experience developing & executing A/B & multivariate tests across email, direct mail & landing pages
  • Data driven; well versed in marketing analytics & knowledgeable about factors that contribute to enrollment rate
  • An attitude of constant optimization - scaling whats working & improving whats not
  • Experience writing clear & succinct creative briefs that provide the necessary direction to align cross functional teams
  • Experience managing & communicating with agency partners
  • Demonstrated history of successfully managing complex projects
  • Ability to work independently
  • Exceptional project management & organizational skills; attention to detail is a must 
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities & ambiguity
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills 
  • Customer-centric & passionate about serving Omadas customer base

Your impact:

 As a Growth Marketing Manager at Omada Health, youll have a chance to make a significant contribution by developing new & optimizing existing strategies to maximize enrollments. In this role, you will: 

  • Drive member acquisition by leading the development of marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, digital, & client-led channels.
  • Plan, launch & measure tests in email, direct mail, digital, landing page & new channels, in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders such as analytics, marketing operations, & agency partners. 
  • Build creative briefs & work with the creative team & partners to scope, produce & iterate on campaign creative. 
  • Monitor campaign performance & continually identify opportunities for improvement. 

Bonus Points for:

  • Experience in Healthcare, B2B2C, or high-growth environments
  • Hands on experience working with CRM & marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Braze, Salesforce preferred)
  • Skill in using Adobe Creative Suite for design modification
  • Deep analytical skills & experience with Tableau

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:

California, New York State & Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $121,600 - $152,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $109,440 - $136,800*. Other states may vary.

This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus & equity grants. 

*The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills & experience, & other business considerations.
