About The Role
DV is looking for a detail-oriented & analytical Support Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on ensuring the accuracy, health, & reliability of our measurement data while enabling smooth operational processes across teams. You will partner with Engineering, QA, Implementation, & Product to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, & maintain clear, comprehensive documentation that strengthens data quality & operational performance. Your work will help deliver best-in-class support to both our clients & internal stakeholders.
What youll do

Become an expert in the usage, health, & quality of measurement, & protect products.

Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, & Implementation teams to ensure that our products & processes run smoothly & have the data & tools needed for success.

Find opportunities to automate & scale product processes

Identify root causes for key product health gaps & develop mitigation plans to help resolve risks.

Maintain accurate & complete documentation.

Support key projects & initiatives with robust ad-hoc reporting & analysis.
Who You Are
-
B.A. /B.S. or equivalent/higher level of education in Information Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, Statistics, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

Experience in Support, Operations, or Data Analytics.

Excellent data & analytics skills, a track record of making data-driven decisions, & a strong ability to write & edit queries using SQL.

Passionate about data, processes, & documentation.

Curious, self-starter, with an analytical mind not afraid to ask questions.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English & the ability to collaborate well across different functions & levels within the organization.

Great ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment, while also leading process improvement efforts.
Nice to Have
-
Familiarity with AI tools.

AdTech/MarTech or related areas with a strong understanding of the online advertising industry, ad tech platforms, & relevant metrics.
