Seeking a creative, dynamic leader with expertise in demand generation across the sales lifecycle. Were looking for someone who can grow new logo business as well as increased penetration in existing accounts. This leader will drive significant pipeline development for the business & collaborate with both field marketing & sales.
The successful candidate will have an intimate understanding of todays digitally-led, omnichannel marketing mix; it is imperative the incumbent understand enterprise buying cycles & ultimately how to target, qualify, & convert thousands of business-to-business contacts/leads on a quarterly basis.
The successful incumbent will connect disparate data sources to reveal & uncover new & innovative approaches to lead conversion & overall funnel management.
This is a leadership position, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer & working closely with many other teams to execute their mission. Applicants who demonstrate experience leading global teams in a matrix environment to deliver significant growth in the pipeline will be given prime consideration.
Formulate & execute the strategy by which the global business team & local BUs generates & qualifies SQL leads
Develop outbound lead generation strategy for digital & local offline channels.
Develop & launch end-to-end lead nurturing to 1) create prioritized nurture pools to continue to keep buyers not yet ready to purchase up-to-date with the company & their offerings; & 2) enhance the account-based marketing practice
Collaborate day-to-day with sales & sales leadership to create the demand needed to grow the business exponentially
Partner with the global marketing team to define business needs, coordinate campaigns focused on lead generation & establish effective workflows between marketing & sales. Collaborating with growth marketing for the identification & activation of prospects coming from inbound campaigns for pipeline generation.
Contribute to the implementation of global processes within the sales team for the correct use of CRM tools & effective monitoring/tracking of campaigns.
Laser-focus on data ongoing analysis & effectiveness of targeting to ensure consistent ROI across omnichannel campaigns, with a view to consistently optimise conversion
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Superior command of CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) & Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo or other marketing automation software.
7+ years of experience in an enterprise-level role driving lead & demand generation across multiple lines of business; experience in a high-tech or other fast-paced, disruptive environment is a must.
Experience in a start-up environment is a plus as well
Agility innovative thinking & flexibility to change course when necessary, to achieve results.
Ability to lead, manage & execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation; a fundamental understanding of the role of transparency & teamwork.
