Were looking for a passionate & inventive Marketing Manager to own & expand Tripadvisors on-site B2B marketing efforts, leveraging hands-on experience with HubSpot to drive increased partnerships with owners & operators across the spectrum of the travel & hospitality industry. Working under the Acquisition & Retention marketing team, you will bring your experience building customer journeys & touch points in HubSpot to drive meaningful & productive relationships with Tripadvisor business partners, with a special focus on adoption of our self-service platform.
This cross-functional role will require building a productive collaboration with multidisciplinary B2B marketing teams & will be instrumental in creating prospective partners on-site experience & ongoing journey with Tripadvisor for Business. In addition to building on-site experiences to support multiple channels, youll also act as a thought partner & innovator in the expansion of our B2B marketing platform, identifying areas of opportunity & leading the full cycle of feature development as needed to drive partner engagement.
What youll do:

Create & execute multiple initiatives to improve & optimize our use of HubSpot to engage, educate, & enlist prospective partners

Provide insight & direction to the partner marketing team to research & recommend new features & functionality that can be built in our HubSpot environment

Lead a small team to manage day-to-day upkeep & continual improvement of the marketing platform while supporting ongoing & new marketing campaigns

Maintain a close relationship with marketing, engineering, analytics, & sales teams in our partnership marketing efforts

Maintain a high level of quality control across all active projects

Act as an advocate for new & promising opportunities to drive engagement & revenue with both proven & emerging tactics

Cultivate a strong growth mindset within the team
What youll have:
-
2+ years building features & maintaining a first-in-class B2B user experience in HubSpot to facilitate & optimize growth-driven campaigns & customer lifecycles

5+ years of experience building & managing on-site marketing placements & landers
-
Familiarity with B2B marketing frameworks & technologies
-
Fluency with software development methodologies & core practices is recommended

High-level understanding of core analytics concepts & tools, including Google Analytics. Comfort level with SQL, Snowflake, or Tableau is a plus.

Experience with core A/B testing concepts & best practices

Comfort working with a dispersed & largely remote team

Must exhibit superb verbal & written communication skills with a high degree of comfort interpreting results & communicating insights effectively
