We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our high-impact RevOps team, specializing in Rep performance tracking, Headcount planning & commission analysis . In this role, you will make a direct impact on our business performance, managing key performance indicators & executing strategic analysis for our Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives.

So, what will you be doing all day?

• Develop & maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, & analyses focused on Rep performance & HC planning using BI tools, CRM systems, & Google Sheets to track & optimize operational processes & overall business performance.
• Track, analyze, & report on Rep performance metrics, providing actionable insights & recommendations to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
• Lead the design & strategy of commission plans to drive behaviors & align focus with business goals.
• Ensure data integrity & accuracy by consistently validating & updating datasets, while actively contributing to the improvement of our data infrastructure.
• Manage HC planning processes to optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
• Conducting market research & benchmark optimal planning processes

This is the perfect job for someone who:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business/Rev/Finance/HR  Analyst in a SaaS company, with a focus on Rep performance tracking, commission analysis & HC planning.
• BA/B.Sc. in Industry & Management, Economics, Management or equivalent.
• High proficiency in Excel/ Google sheets is a must.
• Experience creating dashboards using tools like Tableau, Google Sheets, or similar is a must.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, & communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, Curious, proactive, ambitious, & enjoys solving complex problems with a strong team player mentality.
