Your role

• We are looking for a Program Manager for our Operations Domain to help raise the bar for E2E planning & execution excellence
• You will play a central role in the planning & deployment of our strategic missions in an E2E cross-functional environment with local & global stakeholders
• You will work in the Network & Fulfillment Planning Team in the DACH Operations Domain & report to the Team Lead Network & and Fulfillment Planning
• You will learn by working together with experts in your field & have the opportunity to continuously develop professionally
• This role is available for a 24-month contract (extension possible)

Your area of responsibility

• You oversee & coordinate various customer-facing projects & strategic initiatives throughout DACH Operations from scoping until a successful roll-out
• You establish a timely & transparent process around change management for the Operations domain (incl. all teams)
• You solve & mitigate problems within DACH Operations that impact the roll-out of new initiatives, projects & product features (e.g. Menu Expansion, Marketing Campaigns)
• You ensure end to end delivery excellence & program efficiency, including governance, continuous improvement & capability implementation
• You represent the Operations Domain within DACH by assessing the feasibility, capacity & capability of planning initiatives
• You establish a robust alliance with the Customer & Marketing Domain to facilitate the annual strategy-setting cycles & the implementation plan roll-out, ensuring seamless coordination to ensure a minimum impact on Operations

Your profile

• You have at least 4 years of professional experience in a similar role
• You have a university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field
• Ideally, you will bring experience in an entrepreneurial role in supply chain operations
• You have a great interest in operational processes & their continuous improvement
• You are result-oriented: youre careful & thorough in accomplishing tasks & have great project management skills
• You are collaborative & influential: you enjoy working with multiple stakeholders & you can persuade them to work toward a winning strategy that achieves a common goal
• You learn quickly & find the right solution to every problem
• You are a doer with a hands-on mentality & a zest for action
• You are ready to take on responsibility in a dynamic working environment starting on day one
• You speak English fluently, speaking German is a plus
