What Youll Do:
The Senior Sales Executive, Enterprise will directly impact the business by supporting the senior enterprise sellers. The Senior Sales Executive will report directly to the Senior Account Manager.
Please note: candidate must currently reside in the UK & be able to work in the UK without sponsorship.
What Youll Do:
- Support the Enterprise Sales Team in driving revenue growth & achieving sales targets.
- Identify, research, & engage prospective Enterprise clients across the UK market.
- Build & nurture strong client relationships through personalised & consultative selling approaches.
- Understand client needs & present tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product) to develop strategic sales approaches.
- Stay current on industry trends, market developments, & competitor offerings.
- Participate in team meetings, pipeline reviews, & contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, & client engagements.
- Meet or exceed individual & team KPIs & performance metrics.
- Aggregate & record key account intel, metrics, & feedback in Convene CRM to maximize insight.
- Optimize client experience & maximize revenue opportunities through adoption of Convene Technology, such as Direct Book, to create additional revenue channels & drive a more frictionless process for these key clients.
- Negotiate & execute Platform Partnership Agreements (MSAs) that support the organizations revenue strategy & growth of the Meetings & Workplace portfolio.
- Own & execute property familiarization tours, pitches/presentations, & dissemination of key account intel to support enterprise sales strategy.
- Work with Real Estate Development teams as necessary to share account-specific insight, revenue potential, & other metrics within new/target markets; Drive collocated deal strategy as applicable
What We Look For:
- 3+ years of experience in Sales with a minimum of 2+ years in a complex and/or multi-unit sales environment
- Proven account management ability
- A strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail; the ability to understand the overall business & strategy, & drive execution of strategy into tactical action
- A proven ability to create strong & productive relationships at senior buyer levels within an organization
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in Salesforce
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize & manage various projects based on the current business requirements & landscape
