The Creative Manager leads & owns the creative direction for the Rithum brand, ensuring consistency across all internal & external communications & customer/prospect touchpoints. This includes providing creative design for internal & external communications, website, digital media campaigns, events, & sales engagement, ensuring the brand stands out visually in a crowded & competitive landscape. As a member of the Corporate Marketing team, the Creative Manager brings the brand narrative to life through strong creative design in collaboration with product marketing, communications, & executive leadership teams.  



Visual Content Creation:   

  • Creates visually engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website, & digital ads, leveraging a mix of photography, graphic design, & multimedia elements.  
  • Provides creative design expertise for presentation decks required by teams across the business including the executive leadership team.  
  • Maintains a consistent visual identity across all content while adapting to platform-specific requirements & best practices.  
  • Serves as the first point of contact on all creative requests: agreeing approach, budget alignment & coordinating execution including briefing & overseeing approvals when required. 

Brand Asset Management:   

  • Curates & manages a library of brand assets, including logos, graphics, photography, & slide templates, ensuring accessibility & consistency for internal & external stakeholders.  
  • Develops & enforces brand guidelines to maintain brand integrity & visual coherence across all touchpoints.  

Demand Generation Ad Campaigns:   

  • Conceptualizes & designs visuals for demand generation ad campaigns across various platforms (6Sense, Google Ads, Partner Articles, etc.) ensuring alignment with Rithums brand guidelines & campaign objectives.  
  • Collaborates with Demand Gen team to understand target audience(s) & campaign goals, translating them into compelling visual narratives.  

Event Branding & Design:   

  • Leads the ideation & development of event branding & design elements, including signage, booth graphics, promotional materials, & digital/video assets.  
  • Works closely with event managers to understand event objectives & audience to maximize the impact of Rithums presence at each event.  

Agency & Contractor Management:   

  • Manages relationships with external agencies & contractors where required for scale, including designers, copywriters, & other creatives, providing direction, feedback, & managing project timelines & budget.  
  • Negotiates contracts, scope of work, & pricing agreements with agencies & contractors, maximizing value while adhering to approved budget.  

Cross Functional Collaboration:   

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, sales, & executive leadership to align creative strategies with business objectives.  
  • Presents creative concepts & recommendations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback & insights to refine & enhance creative deliverables.  

Trend Research & Innovation:   

  • Stays informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, & creative best practices, incorporating innovative ideas & techniques into Rithum's creative output.  
  • Proactively explores new design trends, visual styles, & technologies to maintain Rithum's competitive edge & relevance in the market.

Minimum Qualifications  

  • Minimum of 8 years of related work experience in marketing, communications, brand management or graphic design.  
  • Expertise using Adobe Creative Cloud software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) & Adobe XD or similar.
  • Advanced understanding of branding, marketing, video, animation & UX principles & processes.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation tools & other marketing technology tools.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, juggling multiple projects & priorities concurrently.
  • Experience developing creative strategies for projects supporting core marketing & business objectives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams & business units.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity & ability to self-organize, adapting approach to be effective where necessary, but also able to challenge & steer when relevant.
  • Experience of managing & providing direction/feedback to agency & freelance partners to ensure they understand our brand ethos & we can deliver best-in-class creative. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Prior work experience with a demonstrated track record of results in a SaaS or e-commerce company. 
  • Knowledge of Figma & InDesign. 
  • Web design, coding & video editing skills would be highly desirable, but not essential. 
  • UX/UI experience for landing page creation
