As a Sales Operations Associate on Vias Platform Partnerships team, you will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, partner success, business development, expansion, finance & legal teams. You will build & maintain long-lasting relationships with internal salesforce users globally who will be your end clients. You will be responsible for new use on-boarding, ensuring adherence to internal Salesforce processes & continuing to build out global sales reporting . You will troubleshoot any user queries & lead the implementation of best practices. You will play an instrumental role in implementing & managing new sales tools & associated Salesforce integrations.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Serve as the primary system administrator for Vias growing Salesforce environment with 50+ users
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports & dashboards, workflows & other routine tasks
  • Complete regular internal system audits & prepare for upgrades
  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds & other integrations
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope & completion of new development requests
  • Assist in training of new users, & grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
  • Proven ability to design & implement new processes & facilitate user adoption
  • Strong experience in data imports using multiple tools andin data deduplication
  • Experience building out both geographic & functionally segmented bookings, pipeline & revenue reporting
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps & objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, & other content of intermediate complexity
  • Salesforce Admin (ADM201 & ADM211) certification preferred
  • Salesforce CPQ experience highly preferred
  • Pardot, Hubpsot or Marketo marketing automation experience highly preferred
  • Salesforce Service Cloud or Zendesk experience highly preferred
