Warby Parker is on the lookout for a full-time Customer Experience Advisor to join our team of all-star brand ambassadors. As a member of our CX team, you'll be instrumental in delivering extraordinary glasses shopping & ownership experiences to each & every one of our customers. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Nashville, TN, & pays $17/hour. Perks of working in our office, located in downtown Nashville, include employer-paid parking, free snacks, team events, & working alongside our best-in-class team!

What you'll do:

  • Deliver above-and-beyond customer service over the phone, email, & messaging (SMS & live chat)
  • Become an expert in Warby Parker's internal management system in order to efficiently process sales orders & maintain long standing customer relationships
  • Use our communication software to interact with your teammates, management, & other departments
  • Notice even the smallest trends & pain points in our work, then brainstorm solutions to improve each customers experience

  • A thoughtful communicator (both online & offline!) who understands the importance of tone
  • Empathetic & able to adapt your communication style to best suit your audience
  • Eager to learn new technology systems & procedures
  • Highly organized & attentive to detail
  • Proficient in navigating multiple tabs & windows (you're all about those keyboard shortcuts)
  • Energized & motivated by a high-volume work environment
  • Excited to be a brand ambassador for Warby Parker & build strong customer relationships
  • Not on the Office of Inspector Generals List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Requirements:

  • Available to work on a hybrid schedule including nights & weekends, as our CX team operates seven days a week from 8 a.m.10 p.m. ET. Shifts vary depending on business needs & will be communicated during the interview process. 
  • For remote shifts, have a quiet work space with minimal noise (i.e home office) 
  • For remote shifts, have reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your routera laptop & all necessary equipment will be provided! 

Extra Credit:

  • Up to 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience working in an in-office environment & from home
