About the Role

iCapital is seeking a Business Manager for its International business unit to further support its rapid global expansion strategy. This highly cross-functional role requires a well-rounded individual with strong organizational skills, in-depth knowledge of Private Markets & excellent presentation skills. The role requires close interaction with senior management, helping to drive strategic initiatives & making a significant contribution in expanding the global footprint of iCapital. Based in Zurich & reporting to the Head of Regulatory & Business Operations for International, the role offers an attractive career development opportunity with one of the fastest growing FinTech companies in the world.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of International & the Head of Regulatory & Business Operations on a wide range of business-critical topics with the aim of driving forward key strategic initiatives across the business
• Develop & execute the strategic planning for the International Executive Committee incl. budgeting of KPIs & tracking of strategic initiatives
• Analyze industry trends from the Asset- & Wealth Management landscape & present key findings to senior management
• Research & write papers & presentations in a variety of formats & support the Head of International in the preparation of speeches & speaking notes for panel discussions
• Prepare regular business updates for the International business for senior management (e.g. board update)
• Build strong internal relationships within iCapital & work closely with other teams (e.g. Client Solutions, Products, Finance, Corporate Development, Marketing, Legal & Compliance) across geographies to deliver the best business outcomes & build successful long term client relationships

Candidate Profile

• Strong academic credentials in Finance or a related field
• 3-6 years of relevant working experience in a business management, strategy consulting & / or business development capacity
• Deep understanding & experience within Asset- & Wealth Management industries, ideally with exposure to Private Markets
• Highly analytical thinker with numerical skills, strong project management skills & proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint & Excel
• Experience in Salesforce is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills with the ability to present complex matters in simple messaging
• Strong attention to details, organization skills & ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
• Appetite to work in a fast growing & demanding environment, self-motivated with an hands-on attitude & ability to work independently
• Fluent in English & German, both written & verbal
