About the job:

Our recipes & menus are the core of everything we do here at HelloFresh. We're looking for someone to plan delicious & cost-efficient menus to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our weekly offering.

The best part about the job is that the weekly menu, planned by you, will be available to thousands of customers each week. You will have a real impact on our customer satisfaction & their delicious achievements at home!

Reporting to our Menu & Recipe Manager, you will help bring our recipes to life in the kitchens of our home cooks!

What you will be doing:

• Own the end-to-end process of our product execution framework by ensuring that our menus are planned & finalised according to the Product & Culinary strategy.
• Selecting the companys best possible core product (recipes) to send out to our customers each week whilst adhering to business needs, product & operational constraints.
• Taking on all customer feedback analysis. This includes the translation of insights from deep diving the menu & recipe performance, to making recommendations in order to better future menus
• Proposing menu improvement business cases, assessing the expected return on investment (ROI) that these initiatives would drive.
• Tracking the cost of the menu at all stages of planning, executing value engineering initiatives when required.
• Assess the cadence of the product execution framework & continuously inject agile ways of working where possible.
• Continuously support the Menu Strategy team, Product team & wider departments to improve/redevelop our core product, ensuring it is unique & delivers what our customers truly want.
• Collaborating with Culinary team to solve operational or supply challenges on upcoming menus .

Who you are:

• Have strong experience in product operations or similar experience 
• Enjoys optimising long-term projects (i.e. the menu)
• Are highly analytical, data driven & have a high attention to detail
• You thrive in a high-pressure environment
• Has a proven track record of solving customer problems
• Have experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
• You are passionate about food!

Location: 50/50 Hybrid split between home & The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London
