As a Senior Technical Recruiter for Helix, you will:

  • Help us evolve our full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership & candidate advocacy
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines & execute on tactical research, referral generation, events & sourcing campaigns
  • Create an amazing experience for candidates during the interview process
  • Help us think about innovative ways to find, engage & activate passive candidates
  • Screen resumes & interview candidates to determine fit
  • Facilitate interview & hiring decision-making process with technical interviewers & hiring managers
  • Regularly track pipeline, priorities & performance data to share with internal stakeholders
  • Champion Helix's Diversity & Inclusion recruiting initiatives
  • Lead live sourcing sessions & partner with your Recruitment Team on sourcing strategy
  • Track & share pipeline data with stakeholders to help improve the candidate funnel
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience

About you:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong offer to close ratios
  • Proven track record of scaling technical teams 
  • Strong network of software engineers in CDMX
  • Prior experience working in a metrics-driven environment & ability to produce reports & track your data
  • Understand how to deliver a data-driven approach to a recruiting strategy
  • Utilize a consultative approach with hiring managers that you support
  • 5+ years of experience in either an agency & internal recruiting environment
  • Ability to mentor & guide team members on best practices

Expected Pay For This Role

Expected Helix Base: MXN 825,000 to 1,043, 750 

The salary range above is our reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role across US locations. Actual starting pay will be based on non-discriminatory job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training & education, & skill level. Your recruiter can share more about your specific work location salary range during the hiring process.

What To Expect During Your Onboarding Week:

We want to make sure your first week is spent learning the foundations. You will be invited to live orientation sessions & spend time with your hiring manager developing your individual roadmap to success. This experience will include sessions that cover your benefits, security & privacy training, an introduction to the OKR framework used at Helix & our communication tools & norms. 

What To Expect During Your First 90 days:

First 30 days:  youll spend time learning the Helix way, completing training & onboarding for your roles, & getting introduced to your team & relevant stakeholders. Youll also gain a deeper understanding of our customers, our products, the impact we make in the lives of our communities, & how to thrive at Helix through participation in Helix U.  Day 30 - 60: youll spend time contributing to projects, deeply familiarizing yourself with team & company processes, & developing a deeper understanding of Helixs products, services & capabilities. Day 60 - 90: youll build your OKRs with your manager, start to take ownership of projects & initiatives on your team, & begin to demonstrate your impact on the Helix mission.
