As an Enterprise In-House Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships for the in-house sales team. Our team deals with any enterprise-level advertisers that book directly with Quantcast with no agency involved. You will ensure success of current running business, delivering world class advertising solutions & customer support in order to exceed expectations. You will cultivate strong partnerships with all clients & serve as the face to both external clients & internal teams throughout the organization. You'll be responsible for both retaining & growing clients & consult with clients to understand & uncover their business needs & how our products can grow their business.
You'll work collaboratively with the operations teams to ensure campaigns are set up for success. Finally, you will deliver insights & recommendations that lead to scaling opportunities, & up-selling of new products & services.
